A test of faith & trust  TODAY WAS DAMN AWESOME!!!!!!!! Let me say. I met Isabel early in the morning & headed to school. Wasnt that excited for today's event. The excos then told us our groupings. I was grouped in Group 5. With Jia Hern as our I/C & Nicholas as our 2nd I/C. (: Sad, im not with my conjoined twins; JIA LIN. ): Okay, we had Ice breakers. We played this game called "Superstar". What a name! Hahax. Okay, the game goes like this. We will have to close our eyes & the excos will choose a person as the superstar, but we dont know who that person is. We then had to run around the parade square. Haha, all of us like nv eat, no energy. All so nua one. Nv move, nv really move. Any random people can shout "Imma superstar", but our main thing is to find the correct superstar, and chase after that person. The last five will have to do forfeit. :D Hehe, fun aye? Okay larh. Then, after three games, we gathered. And Denise started talking. "Come, councillors! Gather to see their forfeit!" So we all sat down. Then.. " Okay, we're going to dance the banana dance!" And everyone cheered. (: Then Denise continued.. "But.. but.. It's not them, but you guys!! " *All shocked faces* Lols, we all formed a circle & started dancing. Hehehehe... & followed by a chicken dance! It was FUN! After the game, we rested & headed to Suntec City for our AMAZING RACE! Reached there, & started the game @ 1000. The first thing we had to solve is a picture. With a star, & money! Okay, so... Starmoney. What is it? STARBUCK! I shouted it like damn loud larh, everyone can hear.. :P Nvm, i was nervous. Then, we had our clue. We headed to Fountain of Wealth. Did our activities, & got our next clue. The Youth Olympic Park. I went for NDP & i knew that place. I was of great help. Hehe, kidding lah. The group was really great & cooperative, so we could really proceed fast. We need to do 300 of "something"jump. Three hundred ehhh! Not kidding. And under hot sun somemore! >< Gosh! Thanks to Jamie, she encouraged us & jumped with us. :D And, the next clue was DNA. There's a Helix Bridge infront. Erhh, it looked like a DNA, so i said it was there. And, IT REALLY WAS! Gees! ;D We had to tie our legs together in a vertical line & walk all the way to the end of the bridge. And we made it. (: AWESOME GROUP 5! :D We then got our next clue to go Merlion Park. We had to do 4 good deeds for the tourists. Easy-peasy. Completed it fast. Got out next clue & headed to Lim Bo Seng Memorial. Had to blindfold, hold a string, & then form a square. We did it fast. Great job! Gogogogo!! We had our lunch there & figured out the next clue. The clue was "Keadilan"(i dk if i spelled it correctly) , which means Justice. Where can you find Justice? Court. So we figured out the Supreme Court which is right opposite. (: Yeah, we're so clever! :DD Haha, ate our lunch in 10mins!! Woah! :D So we went to tour next destination. Played the game. & procceded to the next. The War Memorial Park. Played the game & headed to Merdeka Bridge. It's all the way @ Kallang! Really far ehh!! We headed back to Suntec then walk & walk. Group 2 was following us. But when we reach Suntec, we walked our own way. We kept asking people directions. They were helpful. But it's Nicholas who asked. All credits goes to him! (: Finally! We reached the bridge! Jamie called Ms Chua & she told us to walk all the way down to go to Singapore Dragon Boat Association. Gah, we had a long walk! Damn long!!!! Halfway @ the bridge, there was stairs to the underground pass that leads to the opposite side of the bridge. We walked that way & try our luck. We asked an uncle where's the SDBA, & he said, it's on the other side. We have to go the other side & walk all the way down. Okay, we trusted him. We walk & walk. And... We finally saw SDBA. Yeahhh!! Went in to ask, they said we had to keep walking down. ): Everyone was tired, really tired! Walk & walk.. Then... The most idioting & angriest thing is that we saw the stairs on the opposite side of the bridge. The place where we asked the uncle for directions. Gosh, we walk one WHOLE BIG ROUND!!! ARGH! )': Okay, nvm. In the end, we found our way to SDBA! :D Hehe, not the last but the second group to reach. (: Jialin & Isabel's group was the first. Nvm, at least we got second. Ohyeahh! Changed into our slippers & went for dragon boating session. Group 5 & 6 were grouped together on the same boat. (: My partner was Dorathea! (: We got into our boats, then paddled. Later we had a competition. We were second, again. Yeahh. (: I like my coach on the boat. She was nice! Though she was naggy, but what she had said was true. (: When we were on our boat, we tried to attack other boats by spraying water onto them. Lols, if the left side attack, right side will paddle. Same goes for the other side. I got myself drenched, totally. ): Went to change & headed back to BVSS. Today wasnt as bad. (: IT WAS AWESOME! But, i was sunburned. ): Many people too. ): My face like so red! Isabel's too. Hehehe.. :D Sorry for this DAMN long post. And sorry no pictures, coz i never take any. I just wanna share my experience. (: Okay, i know that my title & this post doesnt link. Ive got my reason for putting that title. (: Bye. Everyday is a challenge. It's whether you want to hang on, or give up. Give up, you've already lost. |
